Thank you for visiting Denise Kristin Designs. As an independent artist, I am committed to providing the best experience to each and every supporter. Below, you will find a basic overview of my policies.

Shipping: 

We ensure to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. Due to the fact that each order is packaged by hand, WE MAY TAKE UP TO 1 WEEK TO SHIP ORDERS. Occasionally, there are extreme cases where shipping may even take longer than 1 week, and if that's the case you will be notified. Each print should take around 10 working days(not including weekends). If you have not received your order in one month, kindly send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly wanted because of a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, as we do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).

Packaging: 

It is of utmost importance to Denise Kristin Designs that each order arrives to you in the same quality that it leaves us. We use clear packaging to ensure that each print arrives to you in its best quality and to avoid any possible water damage. Each order is carefully packed by hand. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages with product packaging. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill custom packaging and shipping requests. If you have a custom shipping need, please contact us via the contact form BEFORE placing an order.

Returns: 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If, for any reason, you did not receive your order, kindly fill up a contact form first, BEFORE submitting a claim through PayPal.
